- Just off to registration and a swim in the lake. Glorious weather here today. #
- All registered now, race number 592. Reality is setting in… Just about to have a swim practise! #
- Swim was great. Water is warm… Hopefully will be wetsuit legal on race day! Goggles fogged up though, worrying. Clouded over, cooler now #
- Did a 30min easy cycle and drove around the bike course. Looks ok with only two serious hills and two or three gentle climbs. Dinner time. #
